Once upon a dream...

Yes, every little girl dreams of her wedding day. She will play dress up with her dolls, wear her mother’s veil, and her grandmother’s pearls, hold beautiful fake flowers, and set all her stuffed animals up in rows, as if they were watching a beautiful bride walk down an aisle. Then there are others who would be running in the yard with the boys, climbing on the jungle gym, and pretending to be a nurse for wounded soldiers by using mud to repair “cuts and bruises”.

And then there were the girls who started planning for their prince charming at age 16, holding special items in pretty printed boxes, tearing out magazine clippings, and writing notes and drawings pictures of what the tables will look like at the reception of their weddings. Of course, there were the select few who were more worried about the tennis tournament coming up, or what they were going to wear to the football game that Friday night.

Which girl were you? Do you know exactly what you want on your wedding day?
If anything, you want a perfect day, perfect weather, perfect hair, and the perfect smile for the many cameras that will flash around you. That moment when he sees you begin to walk down the aisle, all in white, all glowing, and he holds back a tear…..Guess what, it will be perfect, perfect for each and every girl of every kind. There is not a perfect wedding, its perfect to you and only you, and that’s the MOST important thing to remember on your wedding day. Everyone there is there for you and your Sweet, they love you and want only the best.

In my blogs, I want to show all brides, what perfect is, and how to love everything about their day even if someone forgets something, or someone comes late, or the cake starts to slide, or the flowers droop a little. This is you and your Sweet’s day and nothing should come between that. YOU’RE GETTING MARRIED! Congratulations, I am sooo thrilled for you, I can’t wait to get started!

I am starting my own planning and design business, and I want to hear what you have to say, and help you in any and every way I can.
